We are local Portsmouth partners who have great knowledge of the Hampshire, Essex and Yorkshire areas. Myself (Khadija), I have years working for a channel manager where my role was to teach property owners who to implement a property management system and booking platform led to years of understanding of running and managing serviced accomodation. The experience in this led to leaving the corporate industry to then offering my expertise on a consulting basis to upsell rooms and create listings. I have build substantial relationships with landlords driven by honesty, integrity and hard work. We take the hassle out of finding a reliable tenant and allow us to secure your monthly rent and upkeep all maintenance for the property we have also been known to do work on our properties (from painting, jet washing the drives, fixtures and fittings - with permission which stay with the landlords). We will take care of every aspect from housekeeping, interior design, marketing, photography, welcome packs. Cofie my business partner comes from a construction trade background, his knowledge in business to numbers have allowed us to scale and provide the perfect balance in ensuring all our landlords are kept happy.
